Dear Loyal Hegener Customers, 

It is with deepest regrets that Hegener’s Inc. will be closing its doors towards the end of 2024. Following the COVID pandemic, we experienced supply shortages due to many of our vendors discontinuing chemistry needed for our formulas. We have already had to discontinue formulas 20, 30, 48, 577, 702, and 1052.  The increasing cost of ingredients, difficulty obtaining various bottles, and the inability to purchase inks have placed us in the position of making this decision.   

We want to give you the opportunity to order our remaining products before our doors close. Our plan is to fill ALL orders as long as we can get the chemistry needed.  

We will continue to take orders via our website. We appreciate your patience as we make our future plans and help you make yours as well.
